His response to what I needed to have done was met with honesty and so much knowledge and understanding of the project I needed done. This conversation was followed up with his guys showing up the very next morning and getting started with the pool. Two days later the job was fully completed and I couldn't be happier. The work done was flawless and gorgeous when completed. The guys who showed up were polite and worked diligently until they were done. Our house was struck by lightning twice last year, causing fires on both sides of the house and frying the Electrical all the way out to the pool. Our contractor brought in Stephen Edwards from Lux Lagoon Pools was able to get us all new equipment as well as New coping and new plaster & tile, Lastly, Once our power and water was restored, We found out that all the pipes from the pumps going to the pool had cracks in them, and they were able to re do all Our plumbing as well. Accidentally called Luxe Lagoon and spoke to the owner Stephen Edwards. I had my pool re-plastered two years ago. Have a three year warranty. That other pool company, not Luxe Lagoon, will not call me back. Stephen came out and looked and said he’d help me in any way he can. He was very kind and very helpful. They came in after Prime Pools In Allen Texas did a terrible job of re-plastering a couple of years ago and would not call me back and honor their warranty when the plaster began cracking..
